Do you know an adult learner with an interesting story to share? Workshop contents: This dynamic workshop prepares adult learners to become effective advocates and spokespeople for their educational organizations and adult literacy in general. Adult learner sessions will include:
A special session for program representatives is scheduled for Friday to review effective Public Relations and Marketing Strategies and discuss how to create opportunities for students to share their stories through various venues such as television, radio, newspaper, and community organizations. (ends 1pm) at the Plantation Inn and Golf Resort in Crystal River, FL FREE!! Attendees will be reimbursed for mileage, meals, and lodging according to state guidelines.Lodging will be reimbursed if traveling over 50 miles to the event.
