The Nitty-Gritty:<\/span><\/strong><\/span> Session last 1 hour and 15 minutes. <\/strong>You may present longer but we will have to schedule you for more than one concurrent session between May 8-10. We could also schedule you for a pre-conference workshop on May 7^{th<\/sup>. If your proposed session is longer than 1 hour and 15 minutes, please note this on the form. Concurrent sessions will be set up in classroom and theater style. <\/strong>If you would like a different session set up style, it needs to be requested. Please let us know who will be responsible for passing out and collecting evaluations, and making sure attendees complete the sign in sheet. We also will need to know who will keep you on time in your presentation. This may be you or a colleague that will attend with you. We will select proposed sessions based on the information that you want to cover and the content of the presentation. <\/strong>Do not worry if you are a repeat presenter, but keep in mind we want new and exciting information presented each year. Try to propose a refreshed, updated version of your presentation that is relevant to the times.<\/p>\n}
