WHAT IS THE GED® TEST?
Florida adults who don't have a high school diploma can earn a high school equivalency credential by taking the GED® Test. The GED® exam is actually a battery of five sub-tests which can be administered only through Official GED® Testing Centers and cannot be taken online. The GED® test credential is recognized nationwide and is accepted by more than 95% of U.S. employers, colleges and universities.
Most questions on the GED® test are multiple-choice and there is one essay.

IMPORTANT - NEW GED® TEST IN 2014
Starting in January 2014, there will be a new GED® test. The current version of the GED® test is expiring at the end of 2013 and your scores will expire too if you don't finish and pass the test by then.
